We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

8. Wholesale & Trade Accounts
Wholesale and trade customers may be subject to additional terms agreed at the time of account setup. Bascora Ltd reserves the right to amend wholesale pricing and terms at any time with reasonable notice. Pallet pricing is available — please contact us directly for a quote.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bascora Ltd (company number 17119057) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
